This project is proprietary and confidential. Except for separately licensed
third-party materials, no permission is granted to use, copy, modify, publish,
distribute, sublicense, sell, or provide this software or its model artifacts
to others without prior written authorization from the rights holder.

This notice covers AGNT's original application code, interfaces, orchestration,
original model architecture modifications, documentation, and AGNT-created
trained model weights, to the extent of the rights held by AGNT. The complete
AGNT lab and model product is offered as a proprietary product, not under MIT,
Apache-2.0, or another open-source license. Authorized access to a demonstration
or hosted API does not grant rights to its source code or model weights.

THIRD-PARTY EXCEPTION
Third-party code, pretrained weights, fonts, game assets, and dependencies
retain their respective licenses and notices. This license does not relicense
those materials, revoke rights granted by their licensors, or restrict rights
that their applicable licenses independently grant. Those licenses control for
their respective components. Preserve required attribution and license notices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGNT's original materials are
provided AS IS, without warranties of any kind. The rights holder is not liable
for damages arising from their use, except where applicable law provides

No public release or redistribution authorization is granted by this file.
Separate written commercial terms may govern authorized customers.
